Prep Time5 minsCook Time25 mins
Main Ingredients
750 g skinless chicken legs (including thighs) about four pieces
 200 g Ruchi's homemade tandoori masala
 400 g natural yoghurt
1 handful of fresh coriander (dhania)
 1 tsp sea salt
 1 lemon
Directions
1

Wash the chicken and then make a few deep scores in each leg to allow the marinade to soak in.

Prepare the homemade tandoori masala. I use this recipe from Ruchi's Kitchen: https://www.ruchiskitchen.com/homemade-tandoori-masala/

3

Stir the tandoori masala into the yoghurt and thoroughly mix. Add the chicken and then marinate in the fridge over night (or for minimum 3 hours).

4

Toss the chicken on the BBQ and cook at around 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with coriander and lemon.
